Vitamix Named Best in Class

PrintVitamix Named Best in Class

For the fourth consecutive year, Vitamix has been named the Best in Class by a foodservice equipment magazine.

The Vitamix received two Best in Class nods this year from Foodservice Equipment and Supplies (FE&S) magazine: beverage and blender consultant overall and by dealers. These awards are given in 48 categories to industry manufacturers with products or services that are considered to be superior in providing value.

“The fact that our dealers see the total value of Vitamix blenders is a true honor,” says Anthony Ciepiel, vice president of marketing and sales for Cleveland-based Vitamix Corp. “Winning the overall award for beverage blenders recognizes the company’s main objective to provide customers with the best service, superior products and the latest blending technology. We’re proud to have earned Best in Class once again this year.”

Winners are determined based on survey data provided by FE&S magazine’s readers, which include foodservice operators, dealers and consultants. These professionals evaluate each manufacturer based on seven critical characteristics: product quality, product value, product design and aesthetics, service and support, sales representation, product inventory and availability and product information availability that affects the way foodservice professionals approach purchasing equipment and supplies.

Those participating in the survey prioritized the key attributes in order of importance and then rated the individual companies within the given product categories.
