The Specialty Food Association named Turkey the partner country for this year’s Summer Fancy Food Show, which will take place June 25-27 in New York City.
Turkey’s participation was organized by Aegean Exporters’ Association, which has promoted hiqh-quality Turkish food products in the U.S. market for 20 years.
About 40 Turkish companies will be represented, presenting a range of products, including oils; fruits and vegetables in dried, frozen, preserved, pickled and canned varieties; fruit juices, pasta; grains; confections; herbs; spices; nuts and more.
“We’re excited to have Turkey as our partner country for the 2017 Summer Fancy Food Show,” said Phil Kafarakis, president, Specialty Food Association. “The influence of Turkish food in the American diet is a great example of the expansion of specialty food in the US.”
