Korean Pavilion To Offer Pop-Up Restaurant, Taste of Korea Bar at Summer Fancy Food ShowBuyers are used to tasting gourmet bites at every turn while attending the Summer Fancy Food Show. This year’s event, to be held in Washington, D.C., July 10-12, will feature two new opportunities to do so. Proposed offerings will include a seaweed wrap with pan-grilled zucchini strips featuring seaweed paper from Hosan Co. Ltd.; a seasonal salad with dried kimchi and pine nuts featuring dried kimchi from O’Jeju; ginseng honey lemon (chilled) featuring ginseng juice from Korea Ginseng Co.; a HealthKhan cocktail featuring HealthKhan drinks from BioKorea; Melona Balls featuring Melona Bars from Binggrae; Fruitti Tutti featuring yogurt-style fruit desserts from Tutto Co. Ltd.; chilled beverages featuring Yooja and Maesil plum-flavored drinks from Kookie Food Co. Ltd.; seaweed salad featuring seaweed from Man Jun Foods Co.
