“Top Chef All-Star” Chef Tiffany Derry will be at the Rolling Pin Culinary Center in Brandon, Fla., for two evenings, March 16 and 17.

On “Top Chef” Season 7, Derry was voted “Fan Favorite.” Viewers admired Derry’s quiet confidence and natural ability in the kitchen. Her overall talent and strong demeanor brought her far into the competition, and her personality made her a natural for “Top Chef All-Stars,” which began airing in December 2010. Check her out on Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. on Bravo TV, where she currently is in the top 7.

In addition to her television appearances, Derry is strongly committed to giving back to the community and recently agreed to work with the Dallas Independent School District to revamp the school lunch program with healthier options for all students. She also works with groups such as Inspire, Encourage, Achieve (IEA).

When asked about her return to “Top Chef,” she said, “I often ask myself what would make a person do this again when you already know all the things you go through. I just thought it would be nice to compete against the best of all seasons. I didn't know how I would fare, but I thought it would be a good challenge.”

Since 1995, Rolling Pin has been the “Culinary Resource” for the Tampa Bay Area. The Brandon location boasts a 1,000-square-foot Culinary Center. where 8-10 cooking classes are conducted weekly by celebrity chefs, local instructors and in-house chefs. Derry’s cooking class is $100 per person and includes a four-course meal plus wine, beer and other beverages.
