PrintAt Home Welcomes New Participants, Expanding Resources

An influx of new exhibitors, the return of key resources to the New York market and expansion of leading suppliers will be among highlights of At Home during the summer 2011 New York International Gift Fair (NYIGF).
At Home presents one of the largest and diverse selections of trend-focused home resources in the country, with some 500 hard lines and soft goods suppliers offering a complete range of home goods — from indoor to outdoor and traditional to contemporary — at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Passenger Ship Terminal Pier 94.
At Home’s hard lines are consolidated at Pier 94, with a concentration of 300 companies representing the full spectrum of furniture, floor coverings, wall art, lighting and decorative accessories. At the Javits Center, At Home featuring Home Textiles showcases some 200 mid- to high-end home textiles resources, including bed and bath fashions, table linens, kitchen textiles, towels, decorative accessories, area rugs, window treatments and decorative fabrics.
NYIGF is one of three locations that comprise Home Textiles Market Week in New York, the nation’s largest collection of mid- to high-end home textiles.
“Home offerings continue to grow at NYIGF, whether through addition of new resources or expansion of existing resources,” says Dorothy Belshaw, NYIGF director and George Little Management’s senior vice president. “NYIGF provides a unique opportunity for home retailers to shop their core categories, and to find thousands of complementary product lines.”
