Print Teas Etc Provides Teas for Charlie Palmer's Cooking at 2011 World Tea Expo

Teas Etc has published its 2011 cupping and events schedule, which includes a collaboration with Charlie Palmer's Aureole restaurant. A Four Diamond AAA award-winning restaurant, Aureole will host the Cooking with Tea Demonstration, where attendees will experience the intricacies of cooking with loose leaf tea followed by a four-course private luncheon.

Teas Etc, based in West Palm Beach, Fla., has worked with celebrity chefs to select blends that would pair perfectly with tea-infused dishes.

"We are inviting all Cooking with Tea attendees to visit Teas Etc Booth #415 to pick up a complete sample collection of all the teas featured for pairings and infused in dishes," says Beth Johnston, founder and CEO of Teas Etc. "The sample collection will include our Tea Traveler, so teas can be easily brewed while still at the expo."

Teas Etc Inc. is a direct trade importer of origin authentic specialty teas with a satellite office in Nanjing, China, and a showroom at AmericasMart in Atlanta. The company is USDA certified organic, kosher certified by Earth Kosher.
