Print Greek Trade Office Organizes Greek Foods Cooking Demo at Williams-Sonoma  

The executive chef of New York’s Estiatorio Milos will demonstrate how to recreate some of the Greek restaurant’s popular dishes at home. The free demo, organized by the Greek Trade office and Williams-Sonoma, will be held May 7, 4-6 p.m., at the Williams-Sonoma at East 59th St. between Lexington and Park Avenues.
Salt crust lavraki with horta and ladolemono and Gioulbasi (leg of lamb) will be featured. The chef will also answer questions on Greek cooking.
