Gourmet Catalog & Buying Group, based in Dallas, has released its 2011 Spring/Summer Catalog, featuring essentials for gift giving, spring cleaning and outdoor entertaining. It is available in stores now and has already started arriving in mailboxes across the country.
The 20-page, full-color catalog contains an assortment of more than 150 products from more than 50 vendors. The inclusion of recipes and tips throughout the catalog creates a magazine-style feel and increases the ”keepability” factor for customers, according to a Gourmet Catalog statement.
“The Gourmet Catalog is an important part of our advertising and marketing,” says Drew Nelson of Board & Basket in West Lebanon, N.H. “It strengthens the relationship with our customers by putting something tangible in their hands before their shopping experience at Board & Basket. The Spring Catalog is here, and people are picking them up.
The 2011 Spring Catalog features more than 35 new items, including products from Chef’n’s FreshForce line, Trudeau’s Stress Less gadgets and Revol’s Revolution Cocottes.
“We are excited to feature in the spring assortment four Emile Henry cobalt stoneware dishes that are exclusive to Gourmet Catalog,” says Karen Chandler, director of kitchenware vendor relations for Gourmet Catalog. “Each catalog season we work with our vendor members to negotiate new exclusives and direct imported products that will be available only to Gourmet Catalog store members.”
In addition to print, Gourmet Catalog offers Store Members a digital version that can be emailed.
