AJ’s Fine Foods, a gourmet and specialty store with 13 locations in Arizona, will carry exclusively Columbus Foods’ meats and cheeses.

The AJ’s team selected Columbus products after reviewing the brand’s quality ingredients and hand-crafted methods.

Founded by Italian immigrants in 1917, the Hayward, Calif.-based Columbus Foods is known for its extensive hand-crafted collection of Italian-style dry-cured salame and assortment of premium deli meats.
Created in 1985, AJ’s Fine Foods has 12 locations in the metropolitan Phoenix area and one location in Tucson. From chef-prepared entrees and custom cuts of meat to fresh, desserts and a farmers market, AJ’s offers a wide selection of high-quality, hard-to-find items.
