Component Design Northwest showcased the Grill Surface Thermometer that is designed to sit directly on any cooking surface from a grill's rack to a frying pan or griddle. The innovative thermometer that has a temperature range of 150 to 700 degrees F measures two inches in diameter, and features easy-to-read digits. A color-coded target range indicator makes it easy to read the temperature -- beige denotes measurements below 450 degrees and red highlights temperatures 450 degrees and above.
