BODUM ICE
We love this new introduction from the original French Press coffee maker BODUM: a new innovation in iced coffee preparation available in seven fresh colors — the BODUM ICE French Press Coffee Maker. This press is specifically designed to simplify the cold-brew method for preparing iced coffee, a traditional Japanese technique in which coffee slowly pours through a finely woven filter. Unlike preparing hot coffee then chilling it, the cold-brew method eliminates the bitterness caused by hot water and enhances the coffee’s chocolate and caramel flavors, delivering smoother and richer-tasting coffee. The BODUM ICE replicates the cold-brew process in just a few easy steps: add coarse-ground coffee and cold water to the beaker; stir; cover with tightly sealed lid and let rest for 12 to 24 hours. Replace the lid with the filter system and press. Dilute with cold water, ice and milk before serving. It has a 51-ounce capacity and comes in black, purple, red, green, orange, blue and yellow. Mine will never be out of use this summer … perfection! Suggested retail: $39.95. For more information, visit www.bodumusa.com
