NASFT Members to Participate in foodspring.com Pavilion at Chicago Gourmet; sofi Tasting Area to Attract Thousands

More than 40 specialty food manufacturer, importer and retail members of the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, Inc., will be showing 1,000-plus specialty food products at Chicago Gourmet, which takes place September 25 – 26, 2010, in Millennium Park. In addition, the foodspring.com Pavilion will feature an area where consumers can see and taste 21 sofi gold winners, and vote for their favorite at www.foodspring.com.

From Washington state pickled asparagus to toffee pudding from Texas, from Cajun spices to applewood-smoked bacon, foodspring.com Pavilion exhibitors will be showing the best specialty foods from across the U.S. and the world. Exhibitors include:

The sofi Tasting pavilion will feature 21 gold winners from the 2010 sofi competition. The sofi (specialty outstanding food innovation) winners were chosen from 2,257 entries. Consumers will be able to taste the best of the best, and vote for their favorite at foodspring.com.
