Summer Fancy Food Show
Retailers took to the nation's capital for the 2011 Summer Fancy Food Show, held just stone's throw away from Washington, D.C.'s many monuments. There, 2,400 exhibitors showcased 180,000 specialty food products, from meats and cheeses to condiments and sauces to confections and snacks. More than 18,000 buyers participated in the event. Next year's show will return to D.C. June 17-19.
