New products are indispensable means of attracting retail buyers’– and more importantly, consumers’ – attention, and TGR’s Editors’ Picks will showcase a slate of winners that are judged on the following criteria:

• Innovation
• Taste/Functionality

The October issue of The Gourmet Retailer honors our Retailers of the Year 

in the gourmet and specialty food industry. These awards honor excellence in retailing — including, but not limited to, innovative practices, outstanding customer service, and remaining thriving and relevant in today’s ever-changing retail environment. 

Awards are presented in three categories:

• Kitchenware Retailer of the Year
• Retailer of the Year (multi-store chain)
• Independent Retailer of the Year
