• In the weeks leading up to Father's Day '07, NPD saw an increase in sales from a unique variety of categories including:

o Citrus Juicers
o Sandwich Makers
o Waffle Irons

• Top 3 Small Appliance Categories Purchased in June '07, as gifts, by women:
1. Electric Toothbrush
2. Fan
3. Men's Electric Shaver

• Barbeque grills were among the top home improvement gift items sold last June, along with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and lawn & garden tools.

• Body Groomers continue to be a popular gift category and have increased nearly 5 percent in sales in March/April '08.
