The fellows who launched Bear Naked cereals have started a new venture with Yumnuts, a line of natural and flavored cashews that are quite delicious. The jumbo cashews are slowly dry-roasted in small batches with no added oils, and then seasoned with a variety of sweet and savory flavors. They contain no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, and they are trans-fat- and gluten-free. They are packaged in resealable pouches and are one of the only flavored cashews that are all-natural.
