Capresso has expanded its line of electric water kettles with the Capresso H 2 O PRO in Brushed Stainless. The cordless H 2 O PRO with variable temperature control is faster and more energy efficient than a stovetop kettle, according to the company. Ideal for brewing all types of tea, it features 11 separate, variable temperature-control settings, from 110 o F to 212 o F. With a 56-ounce capacity, the H 2 0 PRO is handy for a variety of meal and beverage preparations. The cordless design features a 360-degree swivel base that makes it comfortable for left- or right-hand use. The kettle offers a programmable warm-keeping feature that can be set to keep the water between 110 o F and 190 o F for an extended period, and a programmable boiling duration that can be set from three to 20 seconds. The Micro Filter Spout traps sediment and prevents it from being poured into the cup. The kettle also has a safety auto shut-off, concealed heating element and a dry boil protection.
